7PM UPS Delivers game
7:01PM Box ripped open and disk thrown into drive
7:05PM Game Installed
7:06 PM click on PLAY
7:06:20 PC FROZEN
7:06:30 CTRL-ALT-BYE-BYE no work
7:06:45 o-n--o-f-f switch set to o-f-f position
7:06:55 o-n--o-f-f switch set to o-n position
7:07:30 click on PLAY
REPEAT PROCESS
7:15 Beer in hand watching game being uninstalled and going to read 300 posts in LOMAC forum of others having same problems.
Going to spend up to 2 hours trying to get this game to run then sending off email to EB games for RMA/Refund.
No excuse for a BS game like this.......

Right-o chap. I had the same thing happen. It works now. It took me a few days to get it to work. I wanted to call the game Lockedup. I didn't change anything it just started working again. Go figure.

I get to the GD select screen where you can select the different aircraft..training..etc... and it freezes...the sounds and such are still going but will not let me select jack. Spent the last hour reading the horror stories over in the forum.Man..I have never seen such a rushed out hacked up game in my life. 500 people in the forums are all waiting for patches and the damn game just came out. Tell me that is not screwed up !!!now with having to set my clock back to play FB this really has me gunshy of ever buying another Ubi game.~S~BKFlame Broiled - Just The Way You Like Em'

I'm laughing my ass off...I walked away while it was froze..came back a good 15 mins later and it's working......These graphics are killer !!!So far I have shot down a C17 and a couple of copters.....Think I killed a few of my ground troops with the A10 also...Ok...I'm hooked......~S~BKFlame Broiled - Just The Way You Like Em'

Boy, this sounds exciting to say the least. I bought the game last week, still haven't installed it yet. If this is what I have to look forward to, then I'll cast an angry eye at the EmuDragon for somehow convincing me to purchase it (did he really? Not sure but seems like a good idea to blame the gentle one for it)I had a similar problem with RavenShield...I installed the game 16 times...no exaggeration, 16 times straight before it worked. Mine installed just fine, it just won't run for more than 10 minutes before crashing to the BSOD.

I for one am sticking with the prop driven aircraft of a bygone era....If I wanted to go fly jets and helo's I would break out the Janes' sims that I have and load them up again.
