Title: highway of death Post by: TX-Copper on September 03, 2004, 04:29:16 am Leaving for Winterpeg (its actually Winnipeg lol) this morning for the weekend. The stretch in northwestern ontario between Kenora and Manitoba border known as the highway of death due to it only being single lane east/west, and....hmmm...theres something else.....oh yeah: at least 2 fatalities every week in that stretch. Heavy heavy transport traffic there.
I know its not as bad as Bomblast and Monguse riding out a hurricane every week, but just letting you guys know i'll be back by sunday night me hopes!! Btw....2 years ago, readers digest rated this section of highway one of the ten deadliest in north america, Yippie!! ttyl!
