...the uprising of the people of Warsaw,Poland that took place back in WWII was recognized this past weekend with the fly over of a vintage B-17 as well as several re-enactments. I don't have all the links with the photos...but as most of us are familiar with the history of the uprising of the people incarcerated in the "Warsaw Ghetto" the first link gives more information. Apparently there was a city wide uprising that is often confused with the "Ghetto" uprising. I'll post as many links as I have at this time. Mose have quite a few archival photos....
