Title: MetroAir New Airbus - Rah Ferrying the new bird
Post by: TX-Rahman on February 27, 2007, 10:30:34 pm
TX'rs:  The virtual airline I fly for bought some Airbus 319's.  I flew the first leg of one of the ferry flights to get the new birds from overseas.  I plan on flying the remaining leg maybe tomorrow.  Long flights.  If you haven't already, check us out at http://www.metroairvirtual.com

Here are a few screenshots of the flight.  Greenland was weird.  The clouds were partially in the ground.

I don't have a killer machine so don't expect too much.  Hopefully I'll be able to build a new machine soon. :)  The model used is the Overland Airbus package.  The flight was made on Vatsim just as all my flights are.

Ready for takeoff

Climbing out of EDHI

Cruising enroute over the ocean

Edited shot over Greenland

Runway 10 peeking out of the snow at BGSF.  Interesting field

Parked and shutting down.

That looks like fun Rah!I've been doing lots of FSXing with some of my mentees, and FS2004 in the nearly perfect Dreamfleet-Flight1 Beech A36 and B58 for my instrument pratice. It'd be nice to meet up with you sometime, I've been using HISTORIA coms most of the time since there are many other FSXers on there as well as TeamUSA stuff. I'd love to fly with you again though, it's been too long!S!TX-EcoDragonBlack 1TX-Squadron XO
