Ah, sure enough!Air Niugini and the sign for "Welcome to Hoskins" gave it away.I've flown through Hoskins countless times (though not as PIC) as a refueling stop when we'd fly from the main island of New Guinea to Bougainville island in a Cessna 402. We had to pump our fuel by hand from 55 gallon barrels.Nice to see someone's actually developing scenery for the area.
