If you use enhance, it's the same as setting AA off. . .you will obviously have no problem fps wise running 2 or 4x aa though.
Title: Re: Some Il2 benchmarks from new system Post by: GOZR on March 23, 2009, 03:00:40 pm Yeap Also i do not agree with the 3 frame pre-render but hey !! Something also Water 4 with no much AA and Aniso may look weird at a distance but since using 1900x1200 it maybe good.. but like Eco say yesterday Water 1 is good for visibility issues.. IMO try.
Could you plz post a pictures of water ? just to see if you have the lines of the AA vs Aniso ? ( always been a problem with Il2 like the coast lines ) Title: Re: Some Il2 benchmarks from new system Post by: TX-EcoDragon on March 23, 2009, 03:09:38 pm For me the coastlines look fine with some AA, with none I see white/black speckles in the distance. . .as if they are over-sharpened.

( always been a problem with Il2 like the coast lines ) Hiya Gozr, So you think I should change the 3 frame pre-render to what value? I think the default was 3. Thanks Gunny Title: Re: Some Il2 benchmarks from new system Post by: TX-Gunslinger on March 24, 2009, 01:53:10 pm You using a sound card in your new rig Gunny? Yes TB - just bought one last week some time. S~ Gunny Title: Re: Some Il2 benchmarks from new system Post by: GOZR on March 24, 2009, 07:13:03 pm Try 0 Gunny
Title: Re: Some Il2 benchmarks from new system Post by: TX-Gunslinger on March 24, 2009, 10:19:40 pm Ahaa! Now I've changed Anti-Aliasing to "Override any application setting"
Look at these babies on 4.09bm MOD 1.1 w/patch Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 12466, 150110, 21, 190, 83.046 Smokin..... I'll try the "0" next Gozr...
