Heh, yeah, some of those folks over there sure like to go ballistic.

Next time we fly though, can we be on the same side?   ;)

It's been so long for me...I was sweatin' bullets during our little bit of TX/WW fun!  :o

Either way, you're not allowed to say anything. . .only if it's being filmed. . .<*looks around for witnesses*>   ;D

Well, the issue some had with our little furball video was that we were on TeamSpeak when flying "in WWI" where voice coms are not a historical representation of battlefield communications. . .they feel that only gestures and visual signals are appropriate when flying RoF. . .I didn't bother to mention that I WAS gesturing. . .you saw that right Brian??

 :P

Well crap! If you didn't fly so well, and had at least one minor flying "bobble", I could say "Yeah!, isn't that what the wing wagging meant"? But damn if you guys all didn't look rock solid!

I enjoyed watching (and trying to participate) in the aerobatics afterwards, that too was cool as hell!

Hehe. . .so I guess you missed my snap roll into the weeds? Sure the snap roll was deliberate, but it was supposed to be a 3/4 snap not a 1/2 turn snap to faceplant! Whoopsy!!!!  :-[

No matter what sim I fly, aerobatics are usually a part of it. . .I see a nice future in RoF in that area. The netcode is so perfectly smooth that close formation should be a joy, the FM is nice, and based on what they posted to the blog it should continue getting better, and that will benefit aerobatics as much as anything. . .sure a formation of Spads in a high speed diamond pass or echelon loop will be closer to the speed of smell than the speed of sound, but that's just fine with me!

We just need to get a team skin in production!!

Actually I had no idea who Ron White was. . .but now that I've done some googling I guess he might be the guy that all the airshow announcers stole that line from!  ;D
