Are those prices for upgrades? or are they for full versions?

Honestly, thus far my Vista HP install is rock solid, but if I can upgrade to Win7 x64 for 50 bucks, I guess I'm in.

It's the upgrade versions. . .the only thing that I see "Ultimate" adding that sounds useful is the bitlocker thing. . .but I don't know if that's worth the extra cost.
