Title: RoF review by a SE5a pilot
Post by: TX-Thunderbolt on December 01, 2009, 07:58:05 am
WWBrian dug this up this a.m. It's a good read: http://www.raes.org.uk/cms/uploaded/files/RiseofFlightPCReview.pdf (http://www.raes.org.uk/cms/uploaded/files/RiseofFlightPCReview.pdf)

Interesting some of the deficiencies he notes include:

1. Practically irrecoverable left spins in the SE5a and Camel.

2. Non functioning windsocks.

3. Stall speed a bit too high for a number of the birds.

4. Lack of ability to adjust joystick curves.

I only ever wish for a Camel that handles like it should, for I know when that happens - the rest of the problems will go away.

Never read that thread before - thanks for the link Toad.
