Thanks BlackNight. That server seems to be having the problems with map changes, while the other doesn't.  I think I know the problem, but I may not be able to fix it till closer to XMas time. Just depends on when I can get my hands on the software needed to fix it...Sammie

Rgr...was printing out the lines : "Prepare for map change" over and over again, like it was stuck in a loop. Then went bye-bye.TX-BlackKnightBlack2

The mapcycle script calls for it to announce that a few times before a map change, which is probably what you saw. The problem is a loading issue with Win2k Adv Server, so I am going to repartition and install a better OS for IL2. Oh the joy...

Hey guys, I got my hands on a copy of the OS I wanted to use, and I am upgrading now (bored to tears). Anyway, I had a good talk with EcoDragon last night, and he thought some of you might be interested in trying a squad coop (or just a coop). If your interested, let me know. I would like to break in the new OS and this seems like a good way to do that. Thanks,SammiePS Zen and Kingsnake have my messenger account info, and they have permission to give it to any TX member.

Yeah, he was thinking of using the coop to create mission objectives  for each team such as railroad attack, armour ships etc. . . where the idea is more to avoid the enemy than to furballsounds like fun to me. . . and I know a few of us have some bomber skins we like to put to good use!!Sounds cool to me. . . I agree with Eco...the idea of a Squad Coop with objectives with different targets we have to take out ...as well as avoid the enemy fighter cover would be a good idea....and I have some good Bomber skins to used for both the flyable AC as well as the AI....my two cents!..Rocky...TX-CUDA on UBITX-CUDA on HyperLobby
