Word on the street is that it ships tomorrow, gets unpacked in the evening and is available for sale around noon on Wednesday   :(I'm off Tuesday and Wednesday and I'll be scratching on the door of Best Buy bright and early though, braving the harsh sub zero Texas winter to get a copy. FYI all,The D9 template is done as is the A5/A8/A9/F8 series but will need to be spot checked for accuracy as they are layed out slightly differently than IL2.The 262 is making good progress but probably cannot be finished until the release of the game due to lack of reference points for the layers. I'm going to take a stab at the 109 tonight, it appears that just like in IL2, we'll be able to use the same skin for all the models. I plan on being very busy for the next few days getting as many of these ready as possible. Final tweaks for all will have to wait for the game but I think we should be in a good spot though and have most of the work done before hand. I would like a few photoshop savvy guys to help though actually customizing each players skins once the template is done. As Deck can attest to, 10 players times 20 skins = facking bloot 200+ skins! I'm thinking 1 or 2 designated members per color section as the primary guys responsible for every skin for their respective flight. Example: Rahman takes care of all his guys in Blue (and don't forget Cuda!), Cage and Deck take care of everyone in Black, Kingsnake makes sure White is properly skinned etc. By doing that it will keep the workload somewhat divided and hopefully keep us in the proper skins by having a central point of contact for each section, without bogging down 1 person only. Due to the size of our squad, having just Deck do them all is asking way to much of him, he has twins to take care of at the house mind you.  S~ and get ready to rumble (In FB!)TX-ZenBlack 6TX Squadron CO

Wally World doesn't usually get the titles in on time...I wouldn't waste the midnight oil.Best Buy...depends on the delivery truck schedule...it usually comes on the next delivery truck after the release date... so might be Thursday or Friday.To ensure a copy for pick up, best bet is to reserve one at the local shop for those who can't be there when the store opens....ie: EB....  they use FED EX/UPS...so games come in on the morning of or evening before release date.Any game I have ever wanted, I go EB in the Woodlands Mall either first thing when gates open, or ASAP when the wife gets home from work....to take over kid duty...For example, release date of CFS3, no Game Stop, Best Buy, or Comp USA had the game in, and was anticipating another week for delivery.  Went to EB Woodlands Mall and presto...there she was.TX-CageBlack 5... end ...

Gamestop and EB are really good for getting titles on the release date, I totally agree Cage.   Gamestop off Bunker Hill in the village area told me for $5 I could reserve a copy, and apply it to the purchase.   Set that on top of my CFS3 store credit, its game on for Manford.TX-Deck out.

Alright Gentlemen,I called several stores and here is the scoop.....EB (Electronics Boutique)afternoon on the 5thGameStop which is also Babbage's, Software Etc., and FuncoLandafternoon on the 5thmy local GS has 19 copies reserved already at time of call.  Having the Mrs go by today to reserve my copy... EekO,I'll take a look at the P47 tonight, thanks for the heads-up. From what I have heard its not so hot The quality is something I've not seen much from all the online templates in IL2 previously either. For what its worth, I think TX actually makes the best templates, kudo's to Deck for all of his prior templates, his work is what allowed us to have the great skins we do.
