I personally prefer Full-Real settings, cockpit only, no padlock. I don't use Track-IR or any of that nonsense, just my 10 position HOTAS hat switch.I believe that flying with wonderwoman and external views is a crutch, and I was a better pilot when I was not using them (maybe I'm biased because its easier to sneak up on yaks). If it were possible to have external views enabled for an "observer/neutral" team that spawned you into the game without an aircraft, in which you could take a break from playing, or watch other people play, without having to spawn an aircraft, it would be a good thing. Last time I flew an AI bomber I thought they could be flown without externals enabled(you have to press F-2 twice)."I vote Externals on. I Like to take a break every few minutes, and watch people fly. Its very enjoying, and sometimes you can LEARN stuff."I think this neutral/external view/observer/ghosting team feature would be  great, I am going to suggest it to Oleg.I like the way you are allowing the public to have a say in your server settings, I will fly their more often even if cockpit is off, I wont fly with it off.I eat, sleep, and deam of killing yaks. Then again, when do I sleep, I'm always killing them!

Up here in Alaska we *had* alot of WW-2 aircraft, but most of them have been recovered in the last 15 years.List includes:P-51Bx2, P-40Ex3, P-38, PBY Catalina, B-17, P-39, and I believe a P-36.Most of them are either lend-lease aircraft that crashed near Fairbanks, or aircraft that were being ferried out to Dutch Harbor. Now they are getting harder to find, the airframes are getting overgrown or they sink into swamps, ect.I eat, sleep, and deam of killing yaks. Then again, when do I sleep, I'm always killing them!

The A6M, P-38J, P-51, IAR 80, IAR 81, Tempest, Spitfire, TB3 (with I-16s on wings) and I think G50 will be flyable in either the first patch (TB3, IAR, G50) or the first addon.I eat, sleep, and deam of killing yaks. Then again, when do I sleep, I'm always killing them!

TX & Friends,I have also had problems with my Cougar, I purchased it 5 months ago and a month after the purchase, my Y-axis pot went "jumpy" so I took it apart & cleaned it. My X/Y axis gimbals are also so loose that I have 1 inch of center play on the X-axis, and 3/4 inch play on the Y-axis (measured from the top of the stick). I was planning on emailing Guillimote (sp) for replacement parts, but never got around to it since so many people have not been able to contact them lately.I also broke my SPEED BRAKE switch on the throttle, I have not been using it. I need a new mount for the switch, and maybe even a new 3-way switch.I have a CNC machine and I was thinking of making new gimbals, with plastic tabs lining the areas of influence on the X/Y axis to reduce wear and center play. Also lining the shaft of the stick with thin plastic (1/32). Of course, lubricant applied to all of these areas.Since these sticks all have a 3 year warantee, I will attempt to get replacement pots/gimbals/3-way switches/microsticks/trim dials. For a 200$ joystick (wholesale) it sure is a piece of $hit.I eat, sleep, and deam of killing yaks. Then again, when do I sleep, I'm always killing them!
