Maybe you have already seen this but a friend of mine just forwarded these photos to me.   It was preceded with the info below…any thoughts?

The plane in these pictures is still officially the Air Vehicle Number 1, a prototype, onboard the USS George Washington CVN-73 for catapult fit checks. Not exactly still Top Secret but certainly not yet made public. I believe it will be known as the F/A-37. Although specs are classified, it is believed to be a Mach 3.5 (top speed in the Mach 4 range), super-cruise stealth fighter/bomber/interceptor with approximately a 4,000nm range.

....Chukar, from past experience onboard two carriers (USS Forrestal and USS Saratoga) I can tell you that planes that are on the cats ready for takeoff don't have tie down chains attached! Look at the pic where the "cameraman" is off the port side aft of the "aircraft" and look under the plane...see the chains? Bogus pics for some movie!TX-Cuda

Good catch there Cuda, what first caught my I was the LT. in front of the name.  I am not good with the Navy’s Rank structure and was thinking Air Force and I thought why they would be giving a billion dollar prototype to a lowly Lieutenant.  Then I noticed it looked like a chick in the front seat and the BS flag went up.  Also good research their Eco, finding those explicit personnel records for the pilot.
