Hello all,

If you haven't seen my virtual film "Red Stars Over Berlin" yet, here is the link to download:

http://www.blacksheepwebdesign.net/vwc/media/Red%20Stars%20Over%20Berlin.avi

I just wanna say "thanks" to all members who practiced and participated in the on-line "shooting" for this production.  In the movie, you should all know that Bomblast (Pe-8 #2) had the honors of dropping his load over the target first.  Shocked)

Thanks again guys, and I might call on you again...so be ready!

Same thing here. I only hear audio in both of my systems XP and W2000. Could it be that Media Player want things in Windows Movie Format??? (wmv)Monguse

I got it to work and wow!. What can I say, stunning, excellent and very moving. The score is absolutely beautiful. ShadowSix, my compliments, great work. Now, for those that use Windows Media Player and can't view the movie and only hear the score, the problem is you don't have the required codec installed. The following is link I used that contains instructions how to update missing codecs: http://cgi.techtv.com/messageboards?action=message_view&board_id=17&topic_id=73&message_id=2024274&per_page=50If you are unsure what to do, here is what I did:My system: Windows XP professional.1. Download the program called GSpot GSpot221.exe , it's the installable. Install the program and when complete, launch it, open the movie file using File->Open. When the movie is loaded, you'll notice on the upper right hand of the application the missing codec. In my instance, the missing codec was XviD. Also once you've installed the missing codec, you can uninstall GSpot if you want.2. If you have Windows Media running, close it. Then go to http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/ and click on the link named XviD codec for Windows, download and install the small application.3. View the movie.I didn't mean for this to be long winded(I previoulsly posted the wrong link in Step 2. I apologize fo any inconvenience.)S~Monguse Monguse

Monguse--thanks a million for helping everyone out here.  I was thinking to myself earlier today that I SHOULD HAVE POSTED THE CODEC LINK!!!  I really would have chosen another compression format, but Xvid worked out best for the opening "old age" shot.If anyone else has a problem yet, please post to this thread and I'll try to help ya....Thanks everyone for the kind words on the film.  I believe my true inspiration for virtual film-making came from watching Stalingrad 1942 earlier this year.  I still have it loaded to my hard drive!--ShadowSix

I didn't mean to drop bombs early, sorry about that.It was hell to measure the speed and altitude and still hit the target. I you ever need any of us for the next movie, we'll be there.TX-BomblastRed2
