For those of you who may have an Akers Barnes cockpit...  I finally have found a very confortable seat for it.  It actually feels alot like the seat in my Mazda RX-8!!  I'm posting a stock photo of it and a link to the info..  I'll clean the room some night this week and will take pictures of it in the pit!

They're available at BestBuy for $44.99.  Well worth the money...beats the heck out of the lawnmower seat I had in there!!

Ditto!  That is a really neat set up you have there Rah...  If I had something like that, I'm sure I would have shot one you guys down by now! Just curious what that gizmo is behind the throttle?  Some kind of arm rest?  And that roundish-gizmo (with all the buttons) just to the right and below the keyboard--what does that do?I'm surprised you don't have a rearview mirror attached to the top of the monitor, so you can see when your wife is making faces at you! Here's my setup... which quite frankly sucks.  I need to make something to support my joystick/throttle a little closer to the chair...

Steve,             The gizmo under the throttle is my Nostromo N50.  It's a small set of keys that yo ucan bind to anything.  I use it for my movement keys, TS Push to talk, and crouch and all for 1st person shooters.  That way, I'm not tied to the actual full sized keyboard.  You can pick up a nostromo for around $17 now!  Great deal, I  will probably buy another one soon to have a backup.  Would have a hard time doing without it!             The round device on the right hand side is my Microsoft Gamevoice.  It's an old voicecom device.  My headphones and mic still plug into it but I'm not using the other features on it anymore.Regards,TX-Rahman"BLACK 4"
