MX400 is that a 128 card? Can you run the sim at a lower res? I am still too poor to buy the game. I will join you all soon and drink a beer for it.

I had a beer for the card, one for Cuda, Rex, Razor, Copper (at home and I didn't drive anywher), Rahman, and the rest of you oh and mean 'ol Tornado. So soon as I can git to the rEcyclin' center in line with the rest of them stikin' bums I reccon t' git some change for the sim and another beer (for Gunslinger) and saddle up square like. With a little help from the redemption value of recyclin' I tell you what![the following anouncement premept'vly reemoved]TX-Kingsnake

Well, I was thinking of getting the faster 7900 GTX (vs. 7950); but then figured that Eco made a good point about getting the 8800... So, over the weekend, I came this close (THIS close) to buying one... but then realized I would also have to spend about another $100 for a 500W power supply to run the thing... After having recently wasted my money on the TH2Go... I lost my nerve...But, perhaps now I should bite the bullet and buy a nice card (for the team) and give Eco my lovely X800XL? Nah Steve. . .we can't have that. . .I'd buy it from you, but I've only got AGP capable mobo and I'd guess yours is PCIe?Oh and for 100.00 you can get the 700 watt OCZ GameXtream PSUhttp://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=316505and a good bit less for the 600 watt. . .they have the 8800GTX for 529.99 as well. . .S!TX-EcoDragonBlack 1TX-Squadron XO

Man I sure wish I hadn't had to move over the last week or so and be offline until this morning. I could have shipped Eco my old X1600 512meg AGP card to him instead of my friend up in Canada. I might still have my old X850 in a box somewhere here and if I find it after unpacking I might be able to help ya out. I have a ton of stuff left to unpack, sort, and put away in the new house so if I find it I'll let ya know Eco.TX-CudaMinister of Information

Excellent, much appreciated Cuda. I'm still on the fence about if I should actually bother buying another AGP card, or just use this in the list of excuses to finaly upgrade my machine. If you find the X850 and it still works, let me know what you'd want for it!S!TX-EcoDragonBlack 1TX-Squadron XO

Bre...I mean Eco....I am sure it works as I pulled the 1600 and put the 850 in as I found that the 850 was working better in BF2/BF2142 than the new card was. Not sure why that was but it was what I found. It's a good card to say the least. I have to just get everything unpacked and sorted so I can find the darn thing. Eco, I am sure I have it.....just going to be a case of "Where in the heck did I put that thing"I'll fix Ya up "No Problemo Senior"...........for a fast plane ride!!!!J/K....I'll contact you via PM once I get it in hand and get your info so I can send it.TX-CudaMinister of Information
