I'll get my pics posted tomorrow night, today ended up being a write off productivity wise due to the busy and alcohol affected schedule that I had this weekend. I basically came home and slept all day right after work. Feeling rejunvinated now, I can say that I had a blast at the airshow and dinner afterwards. After all this time seeing you guys face to face was awesome. The airshow itself was lame because of the weather unfortunately. Nothing much really could fly and seeing that truck drive by at 300mph for the 50th time got kind of old. There weren't even any Fock Wulfs parked out there, which sucked. Slim pickings all around but I was prepared for that going into it anyway. What I wasn't prepared for was seeing Vin Diesel perpetrating as Cage. Here all this time I thought my wingman was about 50 years old, tall and bald.  I got the bald part right anyway lol. First time I saw him, Tornado said "yeah, thats Cage", I was like NO WAY! Funny how only hearing people on the radio gives you an impression and then real life blows it away. I was quite distressed to realize I was the fattest person in TX too, shat shat shat. How the hell do you guys all stay so facking skinny? Do your moms not feed you or something? Guess no more snacks in the 109 glove compartment for me. Looking forward to another meeting sometime, hopefully with the entire squad together. It would take some work, but I can say from the heart it would be worth it. Once I go ahead and win the lottery as Deck mentioned I'll make it happen. I've been waiting to win it for a special occasion but for this I'll go ahead and do it. Very nice to meet you guys, and my hats off to Razor, Cuda and Tornado for making such long drives. Thanks very much. Cuda, hope you enjoy the book, tell Eric to read it as often as he can. Here are all the pictures we took at the airshow, rather slim pickings due to the weather. Of note is the AM6 Zero fighter in a saddle shot...this is the way they will look as you pull lead on them for that nice 6 tracking shot. TX-Zen"Black 6"TX Squadron CO

Good Pics Zen Meister! All members take note....the LSFM(Lone Star Flight Museum) in Galveston is having their fall Fly-In next month in November.I don't have the date pegged yet but will check it out later tonight.I CAN GUARANTEE that there will be a lot more vintage aircraft at that show!....even if they have to tow them out of the hangars and put them on display...even the ones still under restoration! I attended the one last year as was really impressed...so it might be a good idea to keep this in mind for our next TX Roadtrip/Airshow/Get Loaded on the Strand Outing!........BTW Zen, it took me all of 20 minutes to drive up to the park and ride to get to the airshow!...but thanks for the kudos's for the "long drive"...LOL....Salut!~~Rocky...TX-CUDA on UBIhemicudatex on HyperLobby
