I've pulled some tasks from the Condor Task Database that feature areas that many of us in the west are a bit more familiar with! Since I've been away a few cool new sceneries have been built, so TX3 is the place these tasks will reside for a little while. I'll add some of our own tasks as I have time to test them out.

Please check them out and let me know of any issues or suggestions you have!

As always, I'm open to being sent tasks as well. . .

For now here are the tasks that are up there:

Thanks Eco for setting this up! Smiley  Was nice flying with you and Kingsnake last Friday night.  Wish I could have stayed up longer...TX-ScubaSteveWhite 4

Dredging up old threads here ... but I may have to dust off Condor (and my thermal finding ability) for a nice change of pace from beating my head against beta-build brick walls.

You folks still do some Condor flying?

Hmm. Before I get some interest generated perhaps I'd better go spend a few days re-learning Condor. It's been a long time since I flew Condor, and never was any good at it to start with.

Oh man, it's looking more and more like I'm gonna have to get Condor after this beta is over....

Hi Sandman,

Yes, a few of our more civilized memebers (wink) fly Condor. TX-Squadron hosts three dedicated servers there, but that stopped when I took an out of town job, and since I've been back it's been hosted somewhat sporadically. I would love to have a larger US group of Condor flyers to fly with, and right about now it sounds like the perfect thing to go fly!

ScubaSteve has been away for a while, but he was very into Condor, and King and Myself are too. . .well, King is into ridge tasks, but not so into thermalling, but I'm happy to fly any sort of task.

I've been gone awhile... Have been spending most of my free time developing high resolution photo scenery for Oahu... although the last three months I've been overseas with intermittent power and no internet access, and hence didn't feel like working on scenery while dripping sweat on my laptop.

Thanks for the update ScubaSteve! Yeah, sweat+computer=boooo

We've been on most nights for the last few months - just stop by TeamSpeak and you'll find us, probably flying Rise of Flight, but I've been itching to fly Condor a bit too!
