Just thought I'd fill you in on why I was not at practice last night.. Had to rent a car for the week-end ( Mustang motor go bye-bye ). My complex had it towed out of here because it did not have their parking sticker on it. Had a tow truck company that is in another COUNTY tow the car away. 35 Miles away. $90 for tow charge and $4 per mile ( $140 ) for a grand total of $230. But wait !!!!  That's not all .. Cab ride to tow truck company was $65.

Tow price = $230
Cab Ride  = $65
Ice pick into Managers 4 tires sidewalls = Priceless

For everything else( including 4 tires ) there's MasterCard

Man that sucks ass. I had something like that happen about 5 or 6 years ago. Came out one morning to go to work and couldn't find my car...spent all day fighting with the leasing office to figure out where the hell it was and then spent all night fighting with the tow company to get the facker back. Thing was, they said they towed me because I was parked in a fire zone with a red stripe. By the light of day at high noon you could barely see a faded red strip covered in gravel and oil stains. At any other time it weas completely invisible. Cool thing was I got my car back for free and they got hit by a lawsuit and had to pay damages to everyone that got jaffoed that evening...I opted out of the suit and got to break my lease with 1 month free rent and I got the hell out of there. Damn Jakai apartment complex management needs to be shot. TX-Zen"Black 6"TX Squadron CO

Called the police to see if off hand they could recommend what I could do about this. They told me at 6AM this morning their phones were ringing off the hook from people that had their cars towed this week-end. Said at least 50 people have called. Police said that the thing with the tow truck company being in a different county was flat out malicious. Police recommend getting everyone together and filing class action law suit just like you said. 50 cars times 240 bucks is 12,000 bucks..and I'm sure that there is some kick back to the complex. For my next trick I just called a tow truck company ( local ) and had managers car towed out. Told them it was in my stall and the guy for 20 bucks wrote down the location of the vehicle as being in stall 379 ( my stall )....and I am just getting started........Payback IS a bitch.....TX-BlackKnightBlack2

Manager called me and asked me ( and I quote ) " So, you like to play games do you ?" My reply " Depends on the game actually, but yes I love playing some games..and the one that YOU started is turning out to be a blast ! Thank-you so much for inviting me to play with you ! "followed by " Well just so you know the management company is going to re-imburse me for my costs..one way or another. Pay my costs now and the game stops."His reply " *uck-you ! "...followed by " click "Since he called my house my machine first picked up so I just let it keep recording while we talked..completely legal to record him now.Animal house quote comes to mind......" Boy, is this great !! "Called manager back and told him one thing I forgot to tell him....." Check "Mate to follow....TX-BlackKnightBlack2

...LOL...I have had some dealing with "recorders" and unless the Federal Law has changed..it is legal to record a conversation just AS long as ONE PARTY that is being recorded (YOU) are aware that the conversation is being recorded....so go for it. I had a trash bag full of tapes a while back when dealing with a messy situation. When push came to shove it ended up with my attorney showing the other party which lines to put their X on.....Rocky...TX-CUDA on UBITX-CUDA on HyperLobby

At 6:15PM found envelope taped to my front door. Inside was a letter from manager telling me that he plans to sue me for damage to his tires and having his car "illegally " towed. He also stated that he is contacting corporate to see if he can give me a 3 day " Vacate and Quit notice " for Malicious Damage.I know that this will sound gross but...( no pun intended )Used notice to wipe my butt.."carefully" folded and put back into envelope. Sealed it this time ( wasn't sealed when he left it )( and NO I didn't lick it..just got my finger wet ) and slid it thru his office mail slot.I wonder if he will understand my responce.....I think we just shifted the game into "Full Real "......Me
