S~ Tiger,TX Squadron uses a custom script created by TX-Kingsnake that will auto change maps. Some of the maps we created have varying weather conditions and come into effect once the map is changed. Effectively the weather changes but not during the game. As the map cycles, all players start again at the arming screen and the mission with the new weather begins as though a new game was loaded. There is a brief period where the game is frozen as it changes missions but the players do get to keep their current points. Due to the nature of the IL2 code, the script has good and bad points. Occasionally there are file size errors and the next map will not cycle properly. We are still evaluating the cause but the simple fix is to exit back to the lobby and start a new hosting session. Other than creating a custom script, there is no inherent way to change the weather from the command line in IL2 because the weather properties are designed into the mission file itself.
