Good Maps out to Grab!!

....there are some killer maps that have just come out in the last few days that I would recommend downloading from the sites I have mentioned earlier.It seems that the mapmakers are really getting geared up lately and are turning out some really nice work. Here is a partial list of the ones that are worthy of download and play in either Deathmatch or team deathmatch....which is where you can usually find me. Speaking of finding me...I will post another message and attach a neat util that lets you find a fellow team/clan member when you go to the "join Server" area in the CoD Multiplayer area of the game. Here are the maps that I can recommend...

mp_radar, fivepoints_final,MOH_Berlin,Germanwood_final,omaha,and vok_final.....

be sure and do a server refresh and select "all" and look for --==TX-Cuda'sPlace==-- as I have been hosting some of the new maps one at a time...with the map resetting every 30/60minutes..Once you see the server you will see what map I am hosting at that time and can download it to get in!

I like the sniper maps.FYI, you can set your .cfg file to download maps from the host server when you log on. Go to CallofDuty/Main/config_mp.cfg.  Open that with Word (notepad is not formatted to read well) and modify:  seta cl_allowDownload "0". Change the 0 to 1. It works, but it will download all the maps the server is hosting at once--rather slowly. I've found it easier to get them yourself elsewhere, but if you want to play a server and don't have the maps, you can do this.Cuda, I've looked for yer server a bunch of times. Never seen it. Kingsnake and Seeker...I'll post the URL's to all the sites that I usually get my maps from here. Seeker, I agree that it's much faster to just get the maps yourself from a site that provides the maps vs getting them off the server that is hosting the game. As far as my server being up I had the mp_radar map up in the Team Deathmatch all day today and just killed it.Most of the time if I put a server up it's going to be either Deathmatch or Team Deathmatch. In addition to the URL's to get the maps I'll also advise Ya'll to go to Redsbox and get the util that lets you search for team members from the join (multiplayer) area. I haven't tried it out yet as I don't know what you guys are using as handles but from what I read in the forums it seems to work. I am always TX-Cuda on anything I play!
