So I'm checking out how the skins are created in Realflight G2, and realize that the stock skin for the PT-40 is actually a composite of many real life photographs.   I realized that I had many of those, so a cuttin' and a pastin' I go.    About 20 minutes later, this is what I come up with:

On the ground:


Airborne:


And a real-life photo for comparison:


I can't think of a better way to train on my PT-40 away from the field!

Beautiful pics there manford.....I will have to paint a plane....and maybe one day I will be able to affrd a real plane.  Happy to have a way to practice though....  Alot cheaper than making a nice balsa pile!!!Regards,TX-Rahman"BLUE 2"

Hey Thats a good idea!! I just got one that looked kinda like my Bipe, but to use the actual pics. . .thats cool!!So now that a few of us have RF G2 maybe we all should go online and pylon race. . .or practice torque rolls. . .or. . .landings. . or whatever!  hmmmm. . .. real flight and comms. . interesting!P.S. Roger that Eco, I noticed that a while back.I still haven't received any royalty checks from Wayne, do we know if he has my correct home address?That exercise bike is indeed a Schwinn.... very low miles (another subject all together).   If anybody wants it they are free to come and pick it up and get it out of my garage, and I'm serious about that one.TX-Deck out.
