OUTLOOK

My emails are automaticaly archiving and being compressed. I have some stuff in an old TX folder that got compressed and now I can’t get to my email folder.  I found the compressed file with a dbx extention but I don’t know how to open a dbx. Anyone give me the steps on how to get into a dbx?
