Got my XP2800 today and pre-ordered the ATI9800 Pro from Comp-U-Slut for $399. Decided not to wait for the 256 version since no games out today even use 100 let alone 256.

Huge performance gains in the 2800 over the 2200.
Went from 15, 311 in 3DMark2001SE to 17, 641 with it clocked at 2.25. My BIOS detected it as a XP3400..LMMFAO!

This thing Rocks ! Can't wait to see what kinda scores I'll get when I add the 9800 Pro!

Plus..in PCMark  I got 7,109 in CPU...5779 in Memory..and 1885 for HD

I can just imagine what the Hammer is gonna do .....

Works just fine at that clock..has been running at that since 10AM ( 14 hours ago ) and was clocked when I was in the game with you guys earlier.Temp right now : 40.4C ( thermal probe ) BIOS reads temp at 39C and the Asus program reads it at 37C.Just finished one of the Seti@home packets and it finished in 3 hours and 21 mins. The fastest I got with the 2200 was 5 hours and 40 mins.BK
