Activision passed along a brief note this evening to let the community know that Call of Duty developer Infinity Ward has inked a deal today with Even Balance to implement PunkBuster support in its game. The developers hope that this move will take care of the cheating problems in the online community. Let's hope so...

We already have pure servers making it so no custom maps or mods can used. I like the anti cheating idea. I wonder if it is just making anything custom forbidden?TX-KingsnakeWhite 1
