Iamkirill,Thanks for your interest in TX squadron. We are not actively recruiting at this time but the procedure usually goes like this:One or more of our members will make a suggestion on who they think would be a good fit in TX. The rest of us observe that nominee and make our opinions and then we typically take a vote. If the vote is in favor of the nominee, then membership is offered. I have seen you out on the TX server several times, hope that you are enjoying our particular mission style.
