version 1.3 now available...you can get it thru the multiplay on the auto dl.
24 megs....gl finding one that either doesn't require registration, or sends at 1.8kb/s.
I lucked out and got it at 82 kb/s.
Gonna hold off installing it until most servers running it.

.....is this the final version of CoD 1.3 patch or is it the beta? I tried out the beta 1.3 last week and found that the changes were good. First off the server refresh rate in multiplayer seemed to be faster. Last Thursday or so there were only a few servers running 1.3 so if this is the final version it might be a good idea to load up some of the newer maps on the OC3, patch it to 1.3 and get it online. If there are not a pile of servers switched to 1.3 yet this would give the OC3/TX CoD server some pretty good exposure! If I read correctly this patch will not be incorporating "PunkBuster" the anti-cheat software...but it will be incorporated in a future patch.TX-Cuda...one Shot...One KILL!

....just got the 1.3 patch/update from 3dgamers.com and it was pretty fast. Went ahead and updated my end and there are a ton of servers that have upgraded already.....including Reds'Box Server that some of us usually play on. Another good server to try out is the -=DREAD=- server with the realism mod that they have tweaked. I'll upload the I.P later tonight. I have to go coach a baseball game and won't be back until after 10PM or so......TX-Cuda...one Shot...One KILL!
