Currently there is a clone of our HL server running at UBI. It has the same rotation and scripting as the HL variant. . . the only snag is that teh Dedicated server software/UBI lobby Software displays the room in the wrong lobby so you must head on over to the pre-ACE expansion lobby to find it! This is apparently nothing new, who knows why this hasn't been fixed yet, but in any case, I would have to expect that it gets done one of these days. For the moment the server is in that room anyway. . .

How about a full real and I mean real full real server no minimap or speed bar REAL FULL FULL ALL THE WAY WE ARE HARD CORE server at HL and our regular settings at ubi?  TX-KingsnakeBlack 6 |

....watching the traffic on the UBI TX OC3 server last night and this morning there has been very little if any activity there. I suggest that until we can find a way to get it over to the AEP area that it be abandoned. Perhaps if there is a message for the pilots in the AEP area of Ubi letting them know that we have a server up there as Eco had up last night the traffic might pick up a bit...I just hate to see us wasting the resources for that server if there is not going to be any traffic...TX-Cuda

Yes, Rah I did but I'm gonna try again now. It's Sun 3 PM or so and we are all on Cuda's test server at UBI with LW. I just got kicked so I'll try now....Post results in a min...THanxBlack 2

I don't see it up in FB AEP Dogfight room but I see the server in All Seeing Eye.This is what I saw yesterday also. If I remember correctly from yesterday, I logged into both servers, the one port 21000 and port 21500 have the same settings. Neither is full real.I intend to fly with squad on Cuda's test server today until 6:45 or so tonite, when TeamUSA practice will start. We have Guse, Copper, Ersk, myself and Tornado (taking Razors place) there tonite In any event, I'll try to draw some folks in there after practice if I can and if it's up ok.......V/RGunslingerBlack 2

Ok...logged onto both servers...21000 port at HL is showing Leningrad map21500 port at UBI IL2-FB Dogfight room is night-time at StalingradThe only difference in the settings is ICONS on/off that I can seeI would suggest that the UBI "Full Real" server (21500) contain the following settings1. No External Views2. Friendly Icons only on at the same range as what we have on the HL server (21000)3. Everything else like you have itFor some reason I can't get to the 21500 port server (FR) from All Seeing Eye but of course I can through UBI. The server shows up on All Seeing Eye and I can select it and get IL2 FB to kick off, but it hangs at the "Connect to Server" dialog.Thank you for the extra trouble you've gone to. I'm trying to make use of this and get people on it but need the settings changed. As long as externals are on, I might as well take people to the 21000 port server.If we are going to leave it like it is, then I'd have to agree with Cuda.Also, I'm not hard over on the "Friendly Icons" thing. If people want all icons off, then I support that also.In my settings I'm only replicating the Internationl Competitions settings.Black 2

The servers right now were just put up as a proof of concept kinda thing. . the settings are the same. . . the maps are the same. and for many of the maps tehy are simply too big, and rely on AI planes too much to be FR for a small number of players. When we have appropriate maps in a few days, the change will be easy enough to make. But right now I am sure you can imagine the number of people that would like the Gulf of Finland Maps, with 3 people on them AND locked cockpit! ;-)S!TX-EcoDragonBlack 1TX-Squadron XO
