Hi!Current pilot roster is as follows:Player Names:1. [BFs]Scrappy_D2. Yum Yum3. MysticPuma4. Kaster aka Eagle4_Team5. Raven~Daedallus6. Schillig7. [BFs]Yorgus8. LeVola9. Ripa10. [BFs]Anadin11. [BFs]JtD12. [BFs]Xenomorph13. Kernow114. Skinny15. SpideyBackup Players1. [BFs]Bonehead2. [BFs]KaiserB_uk3. bokatar4. Reno15. SgtNathanUK-Dedicated has/is no squad. [BFs] is just a tag for some but not all of the people who help to finance the UK-D server. Our pilots were recruited from server regulars, active community members and actually anyone we could find who was willing to fly for us. This might be a reason we needed a while to get going. Wink We also had to get used to fly without externals, but I think we are slowly getting a hang on it. So we might prove a little more than an easy prey...We also have a homepage:www.battle-fields.combut I think some of you might know this already. Go to the forums to find one or the other thread about the upcoming event, where you can probably find more than the current pilot roster.Looking forward to the match, hope to see you soon (in front of me, if I have a choice). :DBye. You guys flew excellently, and were very competitive last Sunday.  I was very impressed, and I don't think the "cockpit off" means anything where UK-Dedicated pilots are concerned.  S!Very Respectfully,GunBlack 2 TX Flight Leader"In a match, the pilot who kills only one enemy and lands safely is priceless beyond measure, while the pilot who kills two and dies once is almost worthless, as he has lost a plane, a pilot and forsaken his wingman"

....a question Eco, Who is your DSL provider? If it was Verizon you should have PM'd me as I am now a ""TAA-DAA" second level tech for DSL and a second tier tech for fiber to the premise. Tell me your troubles and I can get into your switch out there in Cali-Fornia and refer you to the proper number if I can't do it from here.. AAAhhhh, the wonders of modern technology!But....did I get a raise? Heck NO!! If ya have any questions or issues just let me know and I might be able to get ya fixed up in the future......TX-CudaMinister of Information

Apparently we took it way more serious than you did. Sorry for the confusion over the time and thanks for showing up.We have been training very hard over the last couple of weeks. I was very afraid Gunslingers presence in last Sundays practice could prove fatal, as we were counting a lot on surprise.Nonetheless, a big fat Salute! to you and feel free to visit us - forum or server, be our guest. ~S~ TX squad !thank you all for a wonderful evening, even though it was quite a bit shorter than expected Smiley. Your sportmansship before and throughout this event is well appreciated though and I look forward to continue flying with or against you guys on UK-D server.A huge thanks also to Pepper and Gozr for making this event possible, and their incredible support. S!I'd just like to say, like JtD said, we did practice a fair bit, even though we never managed anything near a full squad during practice, and the strategy was still being discussed until right before take off. But the one we thing we did learn during practice, and I assume you learned now, is that its really hard to defend. To Pepper/Gozr: is it possible to change the maps for the next server wars ? I honestly feel its too easy to take out the ground targets. We had something like 6 corsairs and we still had plenty of bombs  and rockets left after everything was destroyed. If another team uses a similar tactic, it will just become a race who destroys them first, and I think we've proven it can be done (too) quickly. In fact, with just 3 planes, its in theory possible to wipe out *all* targets in a single sortie.Maybe you could consider adding some more ground targets, or putting some AAA around the tanks or something ? Or put the targets further appart so a defending team will have better chances of intercepting the Jabo's ? Just a thought, even if it goes against our own strategy. Cheers,Skinny
