Hello!

This is the first time I post on this site so please bear with me...

I recently started skinning and I would like to share one.

I used Corel Photopaint 11.   I wanted to create a weather beaten look so I used various program tools & effects to blur the original "void" file.

Obviously, there is no historical value to this skin.  I just went with a skull & cross bones design.

By the way, the pictures below are actually two screencaptures a piece, that were spliced together.








I've attached the "skin" file in case anyone is interested.  But please note that I did not create the skull & cross bones icon... I downloaded it from here:

I was drawn to that icon because it has a mechanical look to it.  I also think that it goes well with German black markings.

Thanks guys.  I'm pretty new to IL-2.  I've only been "flying" since January of this year but I'm already addicted.  Maybe one day I'll join you guys online - but not yet.I really like the G6 - especially its weapons!Anyway, thanks for the welcome.
