Folks,
I dunno if this has been talked about or noticed at all but...  When I launch IL2/FB/AEP/PF as standalone...Xfire picks it up and lets people know that I'm flying online...  When I launch the game through Hyperlobby...it does not.   It may just be a problem for me so, you may want to launch in HL and have a friend check to see if it acknowledges that you are in Forgotton Battles...  If not, I found a simple fix:

1. Go into c:\program files\xfire (Or where ever you have it installed) and look for the file name: xfire_games.ini

2. Now search in the file for Forgotton Battles.

3. Look for the line: LauncherExe=il2.exe

4. Replace it with: LauncherExe=il2fb.exe

5. Save the changes and load and log into Xfire and NOW go and load HL and join a game.  It should show you as in the sim now to friends on Xfire.

Rahman just talked me through this and it works. Just make sure you have XFIRE running before you launch HyperLobby and then we can tell where you are flying or gunning, whichever the case might be. It works great! Thanks Herr Rahman!TX-CudaMinister of Information
