OK, we now have three dedicated servers running.

I'm open to any ideas you guys might have as to what tasks you would like to see, but the current rotation is:

TX-Dedicated1

Ascension+du+Cervin+-+Matterhorn
http://condor.ephemeride.com/showtask/0/?id=517

Zell+am+See+-+Bozen+148km
http://condor.ephemeride.com/showtask/0/?id=199

FP+8092007+Allemagne
http://condor.ephemeride.com/showtask/0/?id=554

St_Moritz_Rundkurs
http://condor.ephemeride.com/showtask/0/?id=480

tx_alps_tour

FP+200+le+versoud+stcrep
http://condor.ephemeride.com/showtask/0/?id=479

TX-Dedicated2:

impossible8
http://condor.ephemeride.com/showtask/0/?id=543

TX-Dedicated3
I've got two Mifflin PA tasks up, they are similar to one another, and mark a common real world route flown ouf Keystone Glider port. These are challenging ridge and thermal tasks.

I plan on changing things around a bit. . .Dedicated 1 is going to be similar to what it's been, but with a little less variation in the task dificulty, and with reasonably easy tasks. This will be a good place for new people to get the hang of racing in Condor.

Dedicated 2 will be a more challenging racing task oriented server-often featuring small turnpoint windows etc.

If I add a third it will be a free flight club flying sort of deal where there is no join time limit, and no task. . .this will be a good place for new people to get the hang of flying in Condor, and for people to just generally enjoy flying around together without the pressures of a task.

TX-Dedicated1: 69.56.198.2:56278
TX-Dedicated2: 69.56.198.2:56279
TX-Dedicated3: 69.56.198.2:56280

Guess it's time to dust off the stick, download Condor, and learn how to fly the thing! Burned out with the "shoot-'em-up" games for a while now so I think I might load this one up......TX-CudaMinister of Information

Well Cuda, it's an excellent flight simulator. Some of the best flight physics and atmospheric behaviours around. . .yes it's all gliders. . .but don't let that fool you, there is competition for those that want it.If you go ahead and order it, check out the links I posted rather than the main condor website.  .  .that will save you some cash.S!TX-EcoDragonBlack 1TX-Squadron XO

Racing in gliders is what it is all about. This side of the world has few pilots in our time zone making multiplay not as populated on servers. I recall you really enjoyed racing.TX-Kingsnake

I've placed a new task on the TX3, it's a short ridge and wave task. It was sent to me by a Condor forum member, I've suggested some modifications to it to add a little more challenge and length. That said, it's fun as is, and if you haven't yet had the chance to utilize waves, this is a perfect taks to show you how it's done.S!TX-EcoDragonBlack 1TX-Squadron XO

Have the TX Condor servers crashed or otherwise gone away?  I had justdiscovered the tasks on them and was starting to really enjoy flying them.

A server OS patch was long overdue.  Unfortunately I didn't start the Condor servers back up.  I'm not quite sure what has to be started in what order.  I thought Brett would start things back up...  I'll log in and see if I can jump start them  for you...Regards,TX-Rahman"BLACK 4"
