UA1.1 install errors

I've been trying to setup the 4.09 dedicated server running the Unified Installer 1.1, but the UA1.1 install produces the following errors. If anyone has isntalled UA1.1 without issues i could probably just get these files - or if AAA ever gets the files hosted again I can re-download them all.

When we left off the dedicated server needed a patch to patch the previous patch after patching several previous patches.
