I know. . .that camera man was pretty lucky, and dumb.

I never let people board or deplane if the engine is running, and you certainly never start it with people nearby. . .people walking into props aren't terribly uncommon unfortunately, and even if the pilot sees someone getting near it, the time it takes for it to stop after the mixture is pulled to idle/cut-off is long enough that it’s not going to do much good anyway.
