The TrackIR5 software looks great. . .the increased resolution is probably nice too, though they haven't done much else to upgrade it from a TrackIR4, but since I never bought a 4 this seems a worthy upgrade to my 3Pro which is a little big for my LCD monitor.
While I was watching that video to see the TrackIR5, I couldn't help but watch the game he was testing in. . .the visuals look pretty good for a shooter, more realistic than stuff like CoD, but still detailed, but the particularly cool bits come when you take a look at the flight aspects! The Su-25 looks better than in LockOn, and the rotorcraft aren't bad either, but look at the scenery. . .it looks really good flying an aircraft over terrain that is detailed enough for a ground based shooter sim! I'm sure it's no flight sim, but it looks good seeing aircraft flying over such detailed terrain objects.
