Saw that and posted a reply over at GOZR's. I'm really surprised it's actually coming to fruition and bet the state of RoF and SoW has something to do with it.

Obviously there needs to be a dedicated server released simultaneously and from the little youtube vignet I saw, it seems most of the new content is going to be some earlybirds.

Either way, it'll be cool to get the refresh, add some closure and enjoy it for what it is...and was.

WOW, but how does one patch over a modded beta.   So would we re-insall the 4.09 over a fresh copy and scrap the beta standalone all together and then I am guessing we still need to leave the modded beta?  Or maybe mod the 4.09 or will we need a new mod first?

I think it will end up simpler - no more version switching will be needed for those that want ot run 4.08 vs 4.09 etc.

Did you guys see the night fighters with Radar video?

Yeah, the implementation is still a big question for me, but time will tell and we will all see I guess.

The night-fighter vid was really intriguing. There's some very interesting content as well as GUI changes that will be fun to play with.
