Shows what a "noob" I am.   I had no idea that the wings and spars were constructed of wood.  It does look very much like an WWI aircraft wing.

Smiley Yes  Gunny you would be surprise to see how many WW2 planes are as well constructed.. The work done on those flying machines is mind blowing ..
