What "mods" do you have installed?

For those that still fly Il2 - do you have mods installed?  If so which package?

I've noticed that there are more mod packs than AAA.  I recently reinstalled Il2-46 and the official 4.09.  I also got a copy of the HSFX package which is advertised as being a much "cleaner" install of many of the mods.  Seems they've taken the trouble to re-compile the *.SFS files, which would be a good thing.  So many of the mods did not do that, so load times and performance would necessarily suffer.

I feel the need to "go back" and fly some Il2 this holiday season.  Like Eco/Gozr/King - I want my "stall sounds cues" to not be destroyed by new sounds.

Have any of you tried the HSFX mod?  Does it sound ok if you have?

I've got 1.2 from the AAA site.  Totally porked my 4.09m version.....so I'm not flying with that.

I've been enjoying ROF to much though.

Hi Vox!  Me too, plus beta.  But holidays are almost here!  I'll try to install HSFX tonite and check cockpit sounds.

I really can't wait for Flaming Cliff 2.0 now with BS engine baby!!! and BS compatible.. and ROF

The good part is the planes and you can place back the default sounds witch is a big plus.. yak serie is F**k up as usual.. but hey.. It's what you get when the sim is made by simmers that read too much novels.. disappointed but at list the sounds are back to audible..
