This is an X4 AMD Asus Evo mobo, inboard video, 4 GB ram DDR3.. The thing is crazy  minutes are becoming seconds.. it's nuts

OK found the solution, a mobo bug that you need to switch OFF and ON tree or four times.. only from the rear PSU switch..

Fixed just like that.. ( i was thinking RMA .. pfew! )
