Welcome to the world of the Cougar!I remember when my baby was brand new. Oh theres nothing like the feel of that metal in your hands. You will be sore for a couple of weeks and then either you adapt or the cougar will start to wear in at that time. I haven't figured out which it is, but I lean to the latter. While I can't see myself using another stick, there have been numerous times that I have wanted to throw it through the window. Even though I bitch about it alot, I couldn't give her up.S~Black 5... end ...

Ya take that you anti-Cougarists! Seriously, this stick is amazing, and the precision is better. I have been flying with it tonight, and without rudder, and still doing very well. And my forearms feel like rocks.

As you explore the programming aspect of the new Cougar you'll soon ask yourself..."how did I ever get along without this thang?"As for your forearms being sore... realize that this isn't the same as pounding down 12oz cans of your favorite beverage, just keeping working at it and you will get into shape in no time. If your left arm is killing you, turn down the tension on the throttle and that should help some. Something else to keep in mind... a good friend told me years ago "if you use your left hand it feels like someone else is doing it..." I'll now leave you to ponder those words of wisdom. Well you can also sit on your hand till it 'falls asleep', and then you've got a real stranger.The Amazon deal is a good one, but the IL2 it comes with is the demo version. But who cares, that's a great price!

I don't care so much about the free IL2 but because the price is so good I may buy myself another and use this one for converting to the uber mod+hall sensors. The price is very tempting indeed and I haven't bought myself anything for christmas yet......TX-ZenBlack 6TX Squadron CO
