After battling some rare strain of tropical illness I have finally awoken from a three day coma. I have no doubt this sickness would have buried a lesser man.
Upon awaking I find a new video card on my desk that will be installed shortly so you guys can go ahead and talk all you want about big frame rate numbers without hurting my feeling anymore.
It’s been almost a week without flying which is a new record for me but since the Flight Surgeon has reinstated my flight status I hope to see you soon.

Man I musta got the short end of the stick..literally....Last time I was in the hospital and woke up I had Hepatitis and an enema tube sticking out of you know where..and this guy gets a new video card?...Go figure....Last time I go see a doctor in San Fransico .....Glad you are amongst the living again..well sorta living...I mean..look at CUDA........~S~Black2

Well perhaps my diagnosis of my illness may have been slightly premature, I mean, it felt like I had succumb to some rare strain of illness but then again it could have just been the flu. And maybe the use of the word coma was a bit harsh, I was in to bed and slept nearly all of it, but it wasn’t what you would technically call a coma. No need for concern, just wanted to explain my absence.White 2
