Gentlemen,

I have suffered a catastrophic failure in the Y axis Pot of my Cougar which no longer accepts input, rendered my flying ability to zero.

Needless to say I am grounded until further notice.

Bloot has fallen upon me.

Alright all you Microsoft/Saitek/Logitec advocates... let us have it.Please keep in mind that while he considers me the mechanical genius with the ability to fix anything he brings to me...   ask yourself the question "why is it that HE is always asking Deck to fix items?"Hehe! We'll miss you manford, hope your in the air again soon.  If you need a box to send that cat back to TM let me know, of course I saved mine.  (Bloot!!)TX-Deck out.

The good news is that I have found time to clean the house, catch a favorite TV show, cook dinner, do laundry, fold clothes, clean the bathroom tile, mow the yard, mow the neighbors yard, catch up on world history, finish my masters degree in subatomic physics, beat Big Blue at online chess, solved the Isreali/Palestinian problem, figured out who built the pyramids, brought about world peace and discovered the cure for cancer. Oh, and I invented the longer lasting light bulb. TX-ZenBlack 6TX Squadron CO

Zen, don’t give up on that old pot yet.  I had a problem were I couldn’t get full movement in the lower left quad.  My first attempt to clean the pots got my range of movement back but left the X axis spiking.  Second attempt was worse; third attempt left me with no X axis at all.  After searching the net for a Hall Sensors and discovering they were made of gold I decided to give it a forth try and Bingo.  It appears that I may have bent the wrong thingy too much.So give it another try unless that is you want to use your time to learn another language like maybe French, I know it is a pussy language and all but the chicks dig it.  Oh and if you still have time and don't mind could you take a look at that Fusion problem; my summer electric bill is killing me.TX-Chukar White 2

Ok guys, lets take up a collection to get the ZenMaster a Logitech or some other controller. You know the kind...the ones that cost less than 50 bucks..and can be passed down to your children or will probably be the only thing left in working order after all out nuclear war and aliens visit our planet 10,000 years from now and find it.P.S. Gloat, Gloat, Gloat...err I mean Bloot , Bloot, Bloot !Black2

I cobbled together a half assed stick and rudder combo which ought to do me alright until I can get the Cougar fixed. Heap it on BK, no reason not to kick a man when he's down lol. Quite alright to remind him than when things go bad, he won't have any friends in his corner (JAKUS!)Chukar, I tried tweaking the connectors but its not giving any response, so I'll try again at a later date. Thanks very much for the tip. Meanwhile, off I go wildly into the wild blue yonder. Watch out for me on the runways men...its going to be a mad dash to get airborne. TX-ZenBlack 6TX Squadron CO
