Gentlemen,
Lets give Ryan a TX style welcome to the squadron. Ryan will be flying as Red 4 under Cuda and will be OkieCop's wingman. Okie, take him under your wing and begin working with him on tactics etc. Though both of you are new to TX now is a good time to start working together as a dedicated wingman combination.
CO Note:
All new members please understand that acceptance into TX squadron is on a trial basis. After you begin wearing the TX uniform we will continue to evaluate each of you to determine suitability with the squadron. I reserve the right to remove members from the squadron if I feel it is necessary to do so or at the recommendation of senior squadmembers. Adherence to TX SOP is a primary factor here, especially the use of GV.
During this time, continue to be yourselves, continue to have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions. Each of you have already demonstrated qualities that we liked, lets refine that and settle into a groove.
