Airshow in Galveston - TX Get together?!?

Maybe when summer rolls around i'll make it out there. . my half brother lives in Texas now. . with his new wife. . . I might be able to head over to Texas with my dad. . . ya never know. Well, as my good fortune always has it, I wont be making the trip !!!     The old beater blew a head gasket whilst returning home from the Ft. Worth Zoo with nephews and all. Spent 2hrs on the side of the road waiting in the warm Texas sun waiting for some courteous citizen of this great state stop and give us a ride to te nearest phone. Needles to say the Zoo was great, everything eles up until this post sucked major arse. Just about have the head off the car, man , anyways, if i can summone my super TX powers and manage to havw her up and running i ma fky down there in the early morn. Well , shat. Dude!!...what a bad stroke of luck. If you get the beast up and running in time look forward to seeing you down there Sunday afternoon. I plan on heading out to the show somewhere around 10/11AM..give me a call if you head down and we can hook up. TX-Cuda got some un this afternoon as he and CudaJr along with TX-Rahman and his wife enjoyed the vintage AC that were at the airshow in Galveston. Rahman got some good video of my flight crew readying and then starting up both my B-17 as well as well as the P-47,P-40,and the Hurricane. The P-39 that Eco was trying to get off the ground did get the engine up and running but was not able to get airborne as there was a problem with the nose wheel and she couldn't taxi.Maybe next time Eco!..it was a pretty good show and had a good time..Film at 11:00......B~Rocky...TX-CUDA on UBITX-CUDA on HyperLobby
